Michael (our tech) was nothing short of fantastic. I am so pleased that we called Pink Plumbing on our first try. We are new to this neighborhood and didn't know which company to go with and after reading through the reviews I was very hopeful that this would be our new plumber. Sure enough! It is! He was educational without being condescending. He arrived on time. He charged a reasonable price. He communicated all issues and what was done to resolve them. And made recommendations for some areas of opportunity within our plumbing system. I really cannot say enough about how great this experience was and I highly recommend you call these guys for all of your plumbing needs!

We called Lawson Family Plumbing and spoke to someone in the morning. By 10:30 AM Jason showed up and resolved our problem immediately. I couldn't be happier with the speedy service, the knowledge Jason displayed and the professionalism of the entire experience. I was a little hesitant when I saw nearly perfect reviews for this company but I shouldn't have been. I really never leave reviews but had to here. We messaged Lawson Family Plumbing last night and was on the phone with them within the hour. They send someone out today as a part of their free estimate. They were here for almost an hour and listened to all the appliance pipes. They determined that the leak was coming from the irrigation system and said that they do not do irrigation. Although we cannot go through this company we appreciate the help and information they gave us. They took the time to make sure they were thorough and helpful. And although we couldn't give them our business we can see why they have a good reputation.

Fine job by Jorge, much appreciated. We had an issue with the shower which had almost quit draining and needed help. Jorge cleared it and then went to our sink where I thought we might need a new disposal. Surprise, a piece of plastic that had wedged the blades was, after a couple attempts, dislodged and running like new. Quick service, good price and quality work from a very personable plumber. Thanks

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

WOW! I called these guys to audit some work, and Mike did everything for free over the phone. I took pictures, provided a description, and he shared his professional opinion. I was blown away that someone would go out of their way on a Saturday!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

Gavin is outstandingly nice and super helpful. Truly grateful for the help and explanations for everything. Very Fair Priced & flawless services. Took care of all my leaks for me no issues in about 30 mins from front to back of house.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

Had a new AC installed w King Plumbing. Great price, service and transaction. I would recommend.
